FIOD International Congress, 12-13 November 2022

On 12-13 November THD was in Rome to partecipate in the international congress “Fecal Incontinence and Obstructed Defecation (FIOD).

On 12-13 November THD was in Rome for the “Fecal Incontinence and Obstructed Defecation (FIOD)” International Congress. The FIOD Congress was an important opportunity to focus on the available diagnostic and surgical options for fecal incontinence and obstetric anal sphincter injuries (OASIS), based on the updated review of the scientific evidences. 

THD presented THD® Sphinkeeper procedure for the minimally invasive surgical treatment of fecal incontinence and THD® Proctomobile for the assessment of obstetric anal sphincter injuries and prevention of fecal incontinence.
