Annual Webinar of the MASIC Foundation, 11 May 2023

THD sponsored the annual webinar of the UK charity Masic Foundation held on 11th May 2023.

THD was glad to sponsor the annual MASIC Foundation webinar that took place on May 11. This year the multidisciplinary webinar organized by the MASIC Foundation was dedicated to Instrumental Delivery and to its impact on maternal health. 

The MASIC Foundation is the only multi-disciplinary UK charity to support women who have suffered perineal injuries during childbirth known as OASI (Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury) on 3rd and 4th degree tears. 

The webinar saw the participation of leading speakers who reflect the diverse professional roles required to co-ordinate and deliver effective evidence based and individualised care for women who have experienced obstetric anal sphincter injuries and pelvic floor injuries.
